In today’s business organizations we have a number of information systems that perform different functions and support different business processes. However, research shows, that usually less than 30% of the processes are supported by the IT systems as the rest 70% are mostly communication processes that could hardly be covered by the available applications. In addition to that the dynamics of the business environment and the market trends require constant changes in the business processes. This is related to changes in the IT systems, integrations between them and sometimes even to the implementation of a new IT system.

Do we need the constant IT spending for managing business change requests? Is it possible to have an IT environment that responds to the business without huge investments in IT technologies, unexpected costs, resources and time? ICB presents a unified solution for automation of business processes that are “beyond” the legacy systems that provides both business agility and improved control and company standards compliance. The portal solution, developed entirely on Microsoft platform, generated automatically an agile application based on the described business processes and allows the implementation of fast process changes for zero development costs.
